Pickup orders can be placed at any of the outlets. Payment options for Pickup Orders can be Cash, Demand Draft, Credit Card, or Debit Card.

Pickup hours for all Outlets are:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 06:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 01:30 p.m.
• Sunday: Closed

Home Delivery

Home Delivery orders can be placed for easy access & convenience on the website www.risebyujwal.com or by placing the order at the office / franchisee office.

Payment

• Orders placed at Office: Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Other Online Payments through Wallets.
• Online Orders: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, or Wallets.

Charges for Home Delivery Orders

Delivery charges are determined at checkout and constitute the final fees for delivering goods to the customer or Direct Seller. Standard delivery charges are maintained for most addresses.

For shipping within India:

Applicable delivery charges (if any) will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Delivery Conditions

The shipments are in perfect condition when the carrier takes possession of the same. By signing “received” on the delivery note, the recipient(s) acknowledges that the order was received in satisfactory condition. Do not sign in the event of damages or product shortages.

Hidden damages discovered after the carrier has left and all other discrepancies must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Failure to notify UILPL within this timeframe will cancel the Customer / Direct Seller’s right to request a correction.

Orders placed are typically shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday after 2:30 p.m. will be shipped the following Monday. Delivery time varies by location, typically between 2 – 7 days. Deliveries may not occur on Sundays or major holidays.

Delivery of the Product

• Various delivery models are available, as decided by UILPL. The risk of any damage or loss during transit lies with UILPL.
• UILPL warrants that products delivered are not faulty and match the descriptions on the website.
• Shipping addresses and pin codes are verified before payment. If unserviceable, an alternate address may be requested.
• No guaranteed dispatch time; dispatch information is indicative only.
• Customers must make full payment before product delivery.
• If a Customer refuses delivery, UILPL may evaluate reasons and decide on redelivery or refund as per policy.
• Title and risk transfer to the Customer upon delivery and full payment.
• Customers should check packaging for damage or tampering before accepting delivery.

Governing Law

Any dispute(s) between Customer / Direct Seller or its nominee(s) and UILPL, arising from this Policy, shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by UILPL and adjudicated under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

All proceedings shall be held under the jurisdiction of District Courts in Bangalore (Karnataka, India). The final decision of the Arbitrator shall be binding on both parties.

Any breach of this covenant by the Customer / Direct Seller will make them liable for damages and legal costs to UILPL.
